I contacted Wells Septic and Precast to pump my septic tank, long story short, then noticed the water level in my tank was high causing water to back up into the house drain line. They began investigating the cause and determined that the outlet pipe was higher than it should be. The two young men worked through several alternatives to find a suitable and affordable solution. My wife and I were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, and respect shown by the employees. They worked long and hard, in the heat, to correct the problem. I have already hired Wells Septic for another job to be completed next week. When someone asks for a recommendation in the septic/drain field repair area, they get my vote.
